Attention: Student Solution Community
On Thursday, April 19, 2018 after 9 P.M. CST, server and network maintenance is scheduled to occur on the Student Solution – PROD – reporting servers. We anticipate this planned outage will take approximately ~3 hours and is to ONLY affect the reporting / dashboard functionality in the SIS (i.e. TopView and Quick Query).
This period of downtime will ONLY affect the PROD reporting / dashboard functionalities of the SIS; No down-time will occur for the SLM or Self-Service portals. During this maintenance window, the PROD reporting platform will be inoperable and all other PROD reporting processes will be paused. All reporting operations around the PROD platform will resume immediately after the maintenance work is completed.
